Technical Conditions for DIWA353/ 13MnNiMo5-4 Steel Plate:
1 Scope of Application for DIWA353/ 13MnNiMo5-4 Steel Plate: The technical conditions are applicable to the supply technical requirements of steel plates with thickness range of >100mm ~ 145mm DIWA353 (13mnnimo5-4).[TJC STEEL] 2 Production Way: Steel should be composed of electric furnace smelting, refining and vacuum degassing. 3 Technical Requirements for DIWA353/ 13MnNiMo5-4 Steel Plate: 3.1 Chemical Composition The chemical composition of the steel plate should [TJC STEEL]meet the requirements of table 1, and the control of trace elements according to gb713-1997. The performance should meet the requirements of table 2. The post-welding heat treatment process is simulated: 600±10℃, the insulation is maintained for 7 hours, and then the temperature is reduced to 400℃ at a speed of less than 100℃/ hour. 3.6 Surface Quality The surface quality of the steel plate shall comply with the requirements of en 10163-2 B2. No cracks, bubbles, scars, folds or [TJC STEEL]inclusions shall be found on the surface of the steel plate.No layering is allowed inside the steel plate.If the above defects exist on the surface of the steel plate, clearance is allowed, [TJC STEEL]but the clearance depth shall not exceed half of the thickness tolerance from the actual size of the steel plate, but the minimum thickness shall be ensured, and the clearance site shall be smooth and transitional.Repair welding is not allowed without the buyer's consent. 3.7 Ultrasonic Inspection Each plate to 100% ultrasonic testing, ultrasonic [TJC STEEL]testing according to the German SEL072 (072) steel supply technical conditions Ⅲ level testing and acceptance.[TJC STEEL] [email protected] Comments are closed.
